These terms govern access to and use of InkFlo ("Ink"), an internal tool operated by Ink Expo for managing print and fabrication orders, and the request portal made available to customers.

Accounts

Staff accounts are created by an Ink Expo administrator and are for use by the named individual only. Sign-in is passwordless: access is granted by a one-time code and link sent to the account's registered email address. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for anything done under your account.

Acceptable use

Use Ink only for legitimate business purposes related to Ink Expo's operations. Don't attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the system you haven't been given permission to use.

Customer requests

Submitting a request through the customer portal doesn't create a binding order. An order is confirmed only once Ink Expo staff have reviewed and accepted it.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time as the system changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
