Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

This policy explains what information InkFlo ("Ink") collects and how it's used.

Staff accounts

For staff accounts, Ink stores your name, email address, role, and activity within the system (such as orders you've worked on and sign-in history) so the system can function and so administrators can manage access. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email — no password is stored.

Customer information

Information submitted through the customer request portal (contact details and project information) is used to process and fulfill orders, and is visible to Ink Expo staff working on that account.

Cookies

Ink uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember which device requested a sign-in code. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Sharing

Information isn't sold or shared with third parties except as needed to operate the system (for example, the email service used to deliver sign-in codes and order communications).

Contact

Questions about this policy, or requests to access or remove your information, can be directed to Ink Expo.
